ACT I, II, and III (ATHENA Circle of Trust) are cohorts of emerging female leaders who empower each other to develop executive and leadership skills and advocate for one another as leaders in the Erie community. The success of ACT is based on trust and confidentiality, and the cohort participates in an extensive retreat to build rapport among its members. Accordingly, ACT cohorts are open to new members once per year and an application and interview process is required.
**To learn more about ACT and to be notified when open spots are available in any of the cohorts, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page.**
